This policy explains how BLOOP handles data in connection with our games, websites and related services (collectively, the 'Services').
BLOOP does not collect, store or process any personal data from users of our Services. We do not operate our own analytics, accounts, or user data collection systems.
If you contact us directly, for example by email or through social media, we may see the information you choose to share with us (such as your email address and the content of your message). This is only used to respond to you and is not used for any other purpose.
Our Services include features from third-party partners ('Partners'), such as in-game advertising and monetization SDKs. These Partners may independently collect data (for example, device identifiers, advertising IDs and general technical/usage information) in order to serve and measure advertising. This collection is carried out by the Partners under their own privacy policies, acting as independent controllers — not on our behalf.
See below for a link to their privacy policies:
We encourage you to check their privacy policies to learn more about their data processing practices and any opt-out options they offer.
Apple and Google may also collect data when you use their app stores to install our Services.
Where available, game progress can be saved to the cloud using Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games Services (Android). This is handled entirely by Apple and Google under their own accounts and privacy policies — BLOOP does not receive, store or have access to this save data or any account information tied to it.
Since BLOOP does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a Partner has collected data about a child in error, please refer to that Partner's privacy policy for how to request its deletion.
You can limit ad tracking at the device level. On iOS, this is controlled via "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or the "Limit Ad Tracking" setting, depending on your OS version. On Android, you can opt out of interest-based ads and/or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add or remove a Partner. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update.
If you have any questions about this policy or about data protection, please contact us at contact@bloop-games.com.
If you are not satisfied with the way your query or complaint is handled by BLOOP, please let us know by emailing us at contact@bloop-games.com. If you are still unhappy, you may refer your complaint to your local data protection regulator.
